Our factory mirrors on our Ford F-150 are relatively big but the towing mirrors are definitely gonna help. It's not just for you the longer loads you're hauling, it's also just for the other people around you. The more you can see you, the more safe you'll feel whenever you're driving down the road. So it's gonna give you a little bit more of a relaxing drive, and then also everybody else on the road is gonna be much more safe when you have more view of the road. Hey everybody, how's the going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the K Source Snap and Zap Custom Fit Towing Mirrors here on a 2021 GMC Canyon. So to give you guys a better visual of what you're really gonna be seeing behind the driver's seat. So right now I'm standing directly beside the trailer. You can clearly see me in the factory mirror but if I out a couple feet away from the trailer which would sort of mimic the blind spots, when driving out in the highway a vehicle coming up on us, you can see we actually lose focus out of our factory mirror but now I come into focus of our aftermarket mirror. So now, if we see a vehicle here we know they're obviously we can't get over but if we don't see anything that would've safe to our blind spot is clear and we can successfully merge over. So that's really one of the biggest benefits I see of these towing mirrors here. more

So these are what our towing mirrors look like. Now, these towing mirrors are a custom fit meaning they're contoured to the exact shape of our factory mirrors. So this is not only gonna look the best. It's also gonna provide us with a tightest fit and a tight fit with towing mirrors is important because that's gonna lead to less distortion and a clear view. With some of those universal towing mirrors that use straps, they really have a tendency to vibrate when you're on the highway and distorting your vision is not something you want because what's the point of having a mirror. more

So this is what our towing mirror is gonna look like installed on our vehicle. So this actually is specifically contour to the shape of our factory mirror. With a lot of the universal towing mirrors that use those little bulky straps that go around there and although they will fit every vehicle, they don't necessarily fit everyone well. With a custom fit towing mirror like we have here, as we said, everything is specifically contoured to the shape of the factory mirror. And this not only makes for the best overall appearance, it's also gonna make for the tightest fit. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the CIPA Custom Fit towing mirrors here on our 2021 Ram 1500. So towing mirrors are a great addition to your truck here if you find yourself to be towing frequently. Now obviously they're gonna extend our field of view, but two situations that I particularly find that to be most useful in is when you're driving on the highway, chances are when you're pulling your trailer you're not quite traveling at most normal highway speeds such as other traffic. Therefore vehicles are gonna come up on you quite fast, and you may need to get over to get your exit. And it's really just kinda hard to judge how fast those vehicles are going if they're in your blind spot or if you can get over and in time. It really is not a comfortable feeling when you have it towing a trailer, especially if you're not comfortable with it, if you don't tow often. more

Today, we're taking a look at our CIPA universal tow mirror on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. So as you can see with our factory mirrors, this is the view that you would get very close to the trailer, but as you're towing, it's really nice to have that wide angle, which brings us out to here, which helps when merging in traffic, tight parking spots, or just overall fall driving. So with the mirror itself, you can see it extends out past the original mirror. Now you can adjust it down, up, left, right. Which allows you to get that perfect fit of your lanes on your side, as well as seeing the trailer. So with these straps, you'll see here that it has two clips here that attach to the factory mirror. more

Adding a towing mirror to your ranger is really gonna increase your visibility whenever you're towing, because we want to see whatever we have behind us, and this is gonna be a great way to do it, because whenever we need it, we simply just throw it on our vehicle and when we're done with it, just take it right back off. Now we're gonna have a plastic framework that runs around the outside of our mirror. We're gonna have two hooks that actually grab onto that frame, to keep it nice and secure. Hey everybody, Clayton here at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors on our 2021 Ford Ranger. Now one benefit to adding a towing mirror to our Ford Ranger, is that it's gonna really extend our visibility. As you can see, you can see me back here no problem. Now this is gonna be awesome because whenever we need our towing mirrors, we simply clip these on. And whenever we're done with them, just take them off and you're ready to hit the road. more

CIPA Dual-View Clip-on Towing Mirror Installation - 2020 Ford F-150- Video
Clayton here at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be checking out the CIPA Universal Dual Towing Mirrors on our 2020 Ford F-150. Adding tow mirrors to our F-150 is gonna be a great upgrade. This is gonna allow us to be able to see our trailer a whole lot easier. Whether it be a utility trailer, a boat, a camper, or anything like that, we always want to make sure we can see what we're hauling, especially when we're maneuvering tight areas. Our stock mirrors are pretty small, and being able to use a universal towing mirror that comes on and off is gonna be pretty nice because we're not gonna have to deal with the big bulky tow mirrors. more

Hello everybody, Clayton here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be checking out the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors on our 2020 Ford F-150. Adding tow mirrors to our F-150 is going to be really good. Whenever we're towing, let's say a camper, a boat a utility trailer like we have here or anything like that, anything that we can do to get that extra visibility is going to be really nice. Our stock mirrors are pretty small although they do have that top corner that does have a little bubbled piece for towing. Really, you can't see much out of it. more

Longview Slip On Towing Mirrors Installation - 2020 Ford F-150- Video

So here's what our towing mirror looks like installed, and it actually has a pretty flush finish here. It blends in well with the contours of the factory mirror. However, if I take a few steps closer to our trailer I'll disappear out of that towing mirror and become visible in our factory mirror. more

Hey everybody! How's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the CIPA Custom-Fit Towing Mirrors, here on our 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. So a lot of questions we get about these towing mirrors here is that they're worried about restricting some features that maybe on the vehicle such as the fold in or breakaway feature. We're not going to have any issues with that. As you can see here we can still fold our mirrors completely in without contact in the vehicle. So now we're going to give you guys a little bit of a better visual as to what you're going to be seeing when you're in the cab of your truck. So right now I'm standing directly beside our trailer and you can see I'm going to be visible in our factory mirror. more
